in July 1995 graduated from the Physics Department of Lviv State University, Ukraine (Diploma with Honors)
1995 till now - PhD study at the Department of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic
April-June 1997 - 3 month stay at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, USA, experiment at LANSCE, Los Alamos National Laboratory
April-June 1998 - 3 month stay at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, USA, experiment at Argonne National Laboratory

Work experience

preparation by arc melting; hydrogenation of intermetallics; X-ray analysis (powder and single crystal); magnetization measurements on Faraday balance magnetometer and SQUID magnetometer; resistivity measurements; computer aided data acquisition.

Fields of interest

and transport properties of f-electron systems and their hydrides.
