Colloquium is planned more like a course this year. The participation is highly recommended to all the people interested in state-of-art of experimental techniques in x-ray and neutron structure analysis, their applications and possibilities in studies of crystal structure of materials in biology, chemistry, physics and mineralogy. It is especially suitable for graduate students the participation of which will be sponsored. 

Important output of the colloquium - full texts of main contributions which will appear on Internet and in the book.
