Bursary

Thanks to the International Union of Crystallography and European Crystallographic Association some limited funds are available for support of students. 
We could also support retired scientists.

The supported participants will be selected by organizing committee from the participants registered and delivering the below documents by January 31 
The deadline has been extended till February 29. 
However, the applicants should not hesitate since we may consider the time of submission for February applications.

Any student asking for support must:

1. Create his/her profile in the registration system

2. Submit an abstract of the contribution prepared according to the general instructions for abstract preparation via the registration system

3. Send the motivation letter, a short c.v. and supporting letter from the supervisor to the conference secretary (jana.skerlova et uochb.cas.cz). 

The support for selected applicants will include:

1. Reduced registration fee

2. Free accommodation at student's dormitory (within walking distance about 15 min. from the conference venue) for the time July 2-8 

3. Partial reimbursement of travel expenses if not supported from other sources. The applicant, when receiving money, must sign that he/she is not applying for the same cost elsewhere.

The decision of support will be sent back by April 10, 2016. 
Please, do not pay the reduced registration fee before receiving the e-mail with decision from the organization committee.
