VAT is not charged with the fees
* Delegates who register reduced fee are asked to submit relevant proof of
their student/retirement status.
Students are considered graduate or PhD students of
crystallography and related disciplines under the age of 35 (including those
who turn(ed) 35 during the year 2020).
Under any circumstances delegates with the obtained PhD or above the age of
35 cannot register as students. Proof of status, including the supervisor
contact, university document proving the student status, or the passport/ID
should be submitted in the Conftool
registration system.
Retired persons are considered delegates over the age of 65
(including those who turned 65 during the year 2020) and who are NOT
regularly employed.
** Exhibition registration is only allowed to the stand staff of an exhibiting company. As the booth rental automatically includes one or two full registrations per booth, exhibitors will be allowed to register additional person per single booth, provided the person is working on the booth. The person will be allowed to attend scientific sessions but without active presentation there.
Registration fees should be paid via the Conftool registration system.
