Excursion to Kutná Hora This excursion is planned for a small number of people only, mainly for accompanying persons (but not restricted). It is scheduled on Thursday, August 6. Kutná Hora is one of the most beautiful and historically significant Czech cities. The town centre is a UNESCO heritage site. The whole day (from 9 a.m.) excursion will include Cathedral and Ossuary in suburban Sedlec, famous Cathedral of St Barbara in the heart of the city and a walk in medieval silver mine. * Delegates who register these reduced fees are asked to submit relevant
proof of their student/retirement status.
Students are considered graduate
or PhD students under the age of 35 (including those who turn(ed) 35 during
the year 2024).
Under any circumstances delegates with the obtained PhD or above the age of
35 cannot register as students. Proof of status, including the supervisor
contact, university document proving the student status, or the passport/ID
should be submitted
in the Conftool registration system.
Retired persons are considered
delegates over the age of 65 (including those who turned 65 during the year
2024) and who are NOT regularly employed.
** Exhibition registration is only allowed to the stand staff of an exhibiting company. As the booth rental automatically includes one or two full registrations per booth, exhibitors will be allowed to register additional person per single booth, provided the person is working on the booth. The person will be allowed to attend scientific sessions but without active presentation there.
*** The capacity of th eboat will be limited. Therefore, the corresponding fees will not be available from some date.
