If you like to organize workshops or tutorials, please, let us know on ecm36@xray.cz.

We need to know:

the length, approximate number of participants and other requirements, for example for catering

In case of 1 day meeting, it can be organized on opening day of the congress, Monday, August 23, easily directly in Prague Congress Centre or neighbor Holiday Inn hotel or Grand Hotel Prague Towers. Of course, this is not the cheapest variant.
Or in other places in Prague where it would need a little more organization but it could be cheaper.
It is also possible to organized it a day before or after the congress.

In case of more days, we can recommend to go outside Prague to some other beautiful places. We have good experience with organizing of our crystallographic annual conferences at several nice places and can recommend them according to your needs.
