Regular fees:  
Fee for the members of the Czech and Slovak Crystallographic Association (CSCA)

7 800 CZK

Fee for non-members of the CSCA

8 700 CZK

Student fee for students presenting contributions (posters)

6 700 CZK

The above fees cover conference fee, bus transportation to Grenoble and back, accommodation in Grenoble in double-room with breakfast (June 22-25), accommodation in double or triple rooms in Bondorf (June 21) with breakfast, lunches in Grenoble (June 22-24) and Villigen (June 21). Coffee breaks and conference dinner are sponsored by the ILL and ESRF.
Other fees:  
Additional fee for single room in Grenoble, June 22-25, no single rooms are available in Bondorf 2 000 CZK
Fee for the members of the CSCA without transportation to Grenoble 5 300 CZK
Fee for non-members of the CSCA without transportation to Grenoble 6 200 CZK

Local participants should pay directly to the ILL organizers - 50 euro
 

Members of the CSCA should pay their membership fees before the end of April via the form. Instructions.

Support for students

It is assumed that students will be supported mainly by their institutions and only very limited number of scholarships can be awarded by the CSCA to the selected students. None of them will have the costs covered completely. Application for support must be accompanied by the curriculum vitae, supporting letter from the supervisor and an abstract (about one page) of the poster contribution. The materials should be delivered to the address: Radomir Kuzel, UK MFF, Ke Karlovu 5, 121 16 Praha 2 or in electronic form to kuzel@karlov.mff.cuni.cz not later than April 18.
