MStruct project

The project is still not finally released. We are preparing some official release. A raw version, can be downloaded below. If you have problems to compile MStruct, please contanct the authors. This will drive forward relaese of final development code.

• Just for reference: Fox-mstruct-r141.tgz (2015-03-25) - A very old version of MStruct together with a very old version of FOX/ObjCryst code. Suitable to be compiled e.g. under Linux.
1. Download and extract:

    tar -xzf Fox-mstruct-r141.tgz 

   A Fox-mstruct directory will be created.
2. Go to MStruct directory:

    cd Fox-mstruct/MStruct 

3. Compile (with shared libraries, not debug version, without opengl and gui and with "zdenek" modifications):

    make -f gnu.mak wxcryst=0 opengl=0 fftw=0 shared-wxgtk=1 shared-glut=1 shared-newmat=0 shared-fftw=0 unicode=0 shared=1 debug=0 zdenek=1 mstruct_am 

   (It is strongly recomended to use your distribution development libraries: libfftw3-dev, libboost-all-dev, liblapack-dev, libgsl0-dev and some other basic libs.)
4. (Optional) Make documentation:

    make -f gnu.mak doc 

   (You need Doxygen.)
