sponsorship and exhibition - basic prices
Minimum
required sponsorship
for all companies: 350 EUR - company
registration fee!!!
It covers - logo with links on website and corresponding printed materials
(programme and abstracts in Materials Structure, back cover page, sample
of cover), poster with logos at the entrance, pages with logos on screen
during breaks.
This is not applied for CSCA 2016
corporate members (may be included in

***Commercial poster during poster session must also
have scientific content like results of test measurements, comparisons
etc. It is free for CSCA corporate members.
Registration fees are not included but can be added formally to
the total sponsorship amount as well, if required. It is also possible to send
some materials to organizers and they will arrange themselves their display on a
separate table. Registration fee is not required if the exhibitor will come just
to install and/or dismount the stand without his/her presence at the conference.
Registration fees include also lunches, concert, trip and dinner.

You can also suggest other things like student support
Sponsors
can be called as diamond, gold, silver and bronze based entirely on the amount of
money contributed (no specific packages for that). No limitations on numbers.
Diamond - 8 000 EUR, gold - 6 000 EUR, silver - 3 500 EUR, bronze 2 500
EUR.
Cancellation
Return
of sponsorship/exhibition payment is not possible. However, it could be
used for future activities.
