Installation of Exhibits:

Saturday, July 2, 2016, from 10:00 till 19:00

Limited parking place is available just in front of the exhibition area. The exhibitors are strongly requested to leave this space as soon as possible after the unloading their materials. The official hotel parking is on the other side of the building.

The exhibition will be held alongside the conference programme, running from the July 3 until July 7, 2016.

Dismantling of the exhibition and cleaning of the exhibition space:

All materials must clearly be labelled by “ICCBM 16” and arrive to the conference venue not earlier than on Monday June 27, 2016.

Allocation of a stand

Stands are allocated according to local conditions in the sequence in which the registrations were received. We do our best to accommodate special wishes. However we give no binding commitment in this respect. The exhibition organizer reserves all rights to make changes of exhibit space, after consulting the exhibitor involved. The allocation of the stand will be confirmed by June 10, 2016.

House Rules

There will be no guarding of the exhibition area during the official scientific programme. All doors to the exhibition area and lecture hall including the entrance from lobby will be locked daily after the scientific programme in the lecture hall at about 19:00. Storage place for exhibitors will be available during the whole conference.

The rules of the Orea Hotel Pyramida Praha (regarding fire protection, radiation protection, accident prevention etc.) apply and are binding to all exhibitors. The exhibitor is liable for all personal injury or damage to property caused by machinery, apparatus, equipment etc.

Liability and insurance

The organiser of the conference is not liable in any way for damage and losses occurring to property brought along by exhibitors. The exhibitor is advised to insure the exhibition items against all risks that come into question.

Force majeure

If the event has to be cancelled or changed due to unforeseen events or general 'force majeure', the organizer cannot be claimed for any compensation.

Complaints

Complaints must be made immediately depending on what has been booked and by no later than the end of the event.

Place of Legal Performance

Should the parties involved disagree on any point, they are subject to the official court of Praha, Czech Republic, thus Czech law will be applied.
