All exhibit material must be unpacked by 16.00, to permit the removal of empty crates and cartons from the exhibit area. 

The main entrance doors are 1.96 m high and 1.55 m wide, in front of these doors there are 10 stairs from the street.

Being located nearby the airport and underground station (map), the faculty is easily accessible, and provides excellent facilities for this type of meeting. The exhibition hall is situated conveniently nearby the session halls and refreshment areas. Poster sessions will be located in the same hall. The hall is about 10 m high, covered by glass roof and surrounded by a gallery. The floor is made from ceramic tiles. The gallery is connected with the ground floor by two staircases. On this gallery and the ground floor posters will be displayed. Below the gallery, which is in the height of 450 cm, at the periphery of the exhibition place, there is metal profile 4 x 5 cm in the height of 230 cm, where panels with logos, etc., could also be fastened. In the porter’s lodge in the hall there is continuous service day and night. The main entrance is opened from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

 

Rental Rates

2000 € (Euro) per 1 basic exhibition unit

Provisonal locations of booths are given and numbered in the enclosed floorplan. Neighbouring units could be joined. Space assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis.
The price includes standard stand construction, listing of exhibitors in official program, exhibitors' badges and refreshments during coffee breaks. The registration for the commercial exhibition will entitle the company to have one free registered delegate.

Commercial presentations without travelling of your own staff

The organizing committee can present all the material sent to it and ensures the proper presentation by one person (university student) of its staff. The bookseller’s order forms, e.g., are filled at place and sent directly to the address of bookseller. No direct sail is done at place, if not required by exhibitor explicitly. We can recommend this form if you do not need presentation by specialists.

1000 € for commercial exhibition without stand – only regular poster.

Standard Stand

The back wall of the Exhibition booth is 4.2 m long and comprises of three poster panels on which promotional material can be pinned up (adhesive tape should not be used). The booth is bounded on the sides by railings 1 m high, filled with cloth. The booth has a floor area of 4.2 x 1.8 m (approx. 8 m2). The booth will be equipped with a table, chairs and electric plug of 220 V. No other special outfit is offered. Exhibitors are welcome to suggest a modification of any spaces to their specific requirements.

 

Space Allocation

A completed order form accompanied by advance payment should be mailed to the Organizing Committee to ensure reservation of desired location. Upon receipt of the application form with payment, space will be confirmed and an invoice for the balance due will be mailed. Three alternative choices should be clearly indicated on the application form. Space assignments will be made in the order in which application forms with payment are received. Advance payment will be refunded if space is fully booked or space offered is not acceptable to exhibitors.

The Organisers of the Exhibition are not making any special arrangements for delivery of exhibition material or arrangements concerning customs procedures. Please enquire at your countries customs authorities what arrangements have to be made to enable import and export of exhibits in and out of the Czech Republic free of duty. The best solution is to bring all exhibits by car. If you want to send any consignments in advance, please do not send them to the address of the University (there is no storage place) but contact the Organising Committee.
