Many representatives of the carbacylamidophosphates - compounds containing -C(O)N(H)P(O)= group have biological activity [-]. For exsample, dimethyl ester of N-carbmethoxyamidephosphoric acid, CH3OC(O)N(H)P(O)(OCH3)2 , and dimethyl ester of N-carbisopropoxy-amide phosphoric acid, i-PrOC(O)N(H)P(O)(OCH3)2, are very effective insecticides [1]. Some derivatives of above compounds having ethylenimmine bound to phosphorus atom are used in clinical practice as anticancer preparations [2,3]. On the other hand thay are N,P-substitute analogues of b-dicetones. The presence of the peptide and phosphoryl groups in one molecule may lead to many interesting biologically active compounds.

Although around 15 structures are already known no discussion about the impact of the substuents on the structural parameters of phosphamide moiety.

Comporative analysis of the X-ray data and disscussion of some aspects of the structure of carbacylamidophosphates were made. The role of the hydrogen bound in the crystall structure of these compounds was noted. The orientating effect of a hydrogen bounds between neutral and acydo- ligands on the structure of coordination compounds of composition Ln(HL)3A3 where HL=CCl3C(O)N(H)P(O)(NEt2)2 A- = Cl-, NO3- was considered.

A -conjugation arise in -C(O)NP(O)= core unit when ligands deprotonated intensifying by co-ordination to metal ions:

The effect of substituens on the structural parameters of C(O)NP(O)= core was discussed.
