Cyclosporins P21 are described as new class of clathrates. The crystal structure determination of the following structures is reported:

Cyclosporin A . dimethylisosorbide (ambient temperature) [1]

Cyclosporin A . tetrahydrofurane (ambient temperature)

Cyclosporin A . di-n-butylether (ambient temperature)

Cyclosporin A . di-n-butylether (ambient temperature)

Cyclosporin A . di-n-butylether ( 150K )

Cyclosporin E . acetone . water (ambient temperature) [2]

Cyclosporin E . 2-butanol ( 150K )

The shape of the cavity inside the structure of cyclosporin A . dimethylisosorbide is visualized on following picture.
