It is available in the file "wsfp99.zip". The executable file "wsfp99.exe" may be used instead of "wfp98.exe" from WinPLOTR, just changing the appropriate item in "winplotr.set". The multi-pattern version of FullProf is now available for Windows 9x-NT. The executable file "wmfp99.exe" and an example mixing X-rays and neutrons is included in "wmfp99.zip". The program runs like "wfp98.exe" on old (single-pattern) PCR files, but slightly slower. An example of multipattern PCR file is included.
